Generali Thailand announces the appointment of Grace Allison Toh (Ally) as Chief Agency Officer (CAO), effective on 17 August 2026. In her new role, Allison will lead Generali Thailand’s Agency Channel, with a focus on expanding its agency network, developing future leaders, enhancing agent capabilities and customer excellence.
The appointment reflects Generali Thailand’s commitment to modernizing and strengthening its agency channel to keep pace with evolving customer behaviors, expectations and lifestyles, as well as the changing aspirations, working styles and lifestyles of today’s agents.

Allison brings extensive experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, having held senior agency leadership roles across leading insurers in Malaysia. With her proven track record in agency transformation and leadership development, Allison will play a key role in advancing Generali Thailand’s agency business and supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
