Mitihoon – Oamsuk Social Enterprise by Bangchak and BCPG Selected by OSMEP to Represent Thailand Wins ASEAN Inclusive Business Awards 2026

Oamsuk Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. (OSSE), an entity within Bangchak Group jointly invested in by Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and BCPG Public Company Limited, was selected and nominated by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) to represent Thailand for consideration for the ASEAN Inclusive Business Awards 2026. OSSE subsequently received the award at the recent 9th ASEAN Inclusive Business Forum in Pasay City, the Republic of the Philippines.

Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and Director of OSSE , Mr. Charnvit Trangadisaikul, Senior Executive Vice President, Investment, BCPG Public Company Limited, and Director of OSSE, and the Bangchak Group team, join in celebrating OSSE’s selection and nomination by OSMEP to represent Thailand and its receipt of the ASEAN Inclusive Business Awards 2026. Ms. Sasamon Suphuthamongkol, Senior Manager, Corporate Social Projects, Bangchak Corporation Plc. and Manager of OSSE accepted the award on the company’s behalf from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Republic of the Philippines at the 9th ASEAN Inclusive Business Forum on 22 September 2026.

The awards recognize outstanding businesses across ASEAN that have adopted Inclusive Business models that promote economic growth while ensuring that no one is left behind. The recognized businesses demonstrate their ability to create economic value while providing opportunities for low-income populations, integrating communities and vulnerable groups into the economic value chain, and generating positive and sustainable social and environmental impacts. They also demonstrate how business performance and social impact can be effectively integrated into their core business models.

At the event, OSSE also participated in the Inclusive Business Showcase, presenting its shared-value business model to policymakers, investors, and representatives from ASEAN Member States. The showcase highlighted a clean energy business model that engages farmers and communities as key contributors across the value chain, spanning renewable energy and low-carbon agricultural innovations that helps strengthen the grassroots economy.

Earlier this year, Oamsuk Social Enterprise was recognized with the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) 2026 in the Social Empowerment category, reinforcing its approach to creating benefits for communities and society alongside sustainable business operations.
